Draganigo Villa 5 is a two-level villa with two bedrooms that may comfortably accommodate up to six people. The Villa includes a toilet and outside BBQ facilities!

The space

Draganigo Luxury Stone Homes is a complex of seven villas in the village of Ano Moulia, elegantly equipped in the Cretan countryside, with spectacular views of the surrounding area and nearby hills.
Draganigo Luxury Stone is only 30 minutes from the charming hamlet of Kommos and its sandy, regulated beaches, making it ideal for family vacations! Agia Varvara also has cafes, tavernas, gift shops, mini markets, and an ATM.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The private villa is entirely on the ground floor and has 85 sqm of luxurious interior space. When you enter the villa, you will see an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area.
There’s evocative decor, a sophisticated 50′ TV, and two lovely bedrooms for a dreamy trip. Relax in the living room, curled up on the sofa with a book. A distinctive open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary delights.
The living area also has direct access to a terrace equipped with outdoor dining and barbecue equipment.
The property features two wonderful and spacious bedrooms with stone and wood interiors, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower cabin/hydromassage.
The villa can easily accommodate up to four guests in real beds, with an extra two guests welcome on the couch bed.
Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.

Ground floor 

Spacious living and lounge area (with a 50′ smart TV) with access to the swimming pool and patio. Fully equipped kitchen with an open plan eating area. Two double bedrooms. King Size Beds (1.80 x 2.00) with 32′ smart TVs.

Exterior

Moving outside, you will be greeted by a spectacular 200 m2 outdoor area that invites you to enjoy the warm wind, hot heat, and delights of summer beneath clear blue skies! The swimming pool is 1.5 metres deep, 58 square metres in total, and is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, allowing you to spend as many hours as you want outside!

Guest access

Guests get private access to the entire property! Full access both inside and outside the villa! The pool and adjacent areas are shared!

• A welcome basket is included, courtesy of the owner.
• Complimentary free Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the Villa.
• Quality bath and pool towels, linens, covers and blankets are provided.
• Housekeeping, towels and linen change every three days.
• Pool cleaning every day.
• A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
• Pets could be considered with prior notice.
• Free street parking.
• All in-house electronics are available, including a flat-screen TV in every room and living room, a large fridge with freezer, an electric stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, a French coffee maker, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron and iron board. Cooking utensils and a first-aid kit are also provided.
• Air conditioning units serve heating purposes.
• The pool operates seasonally (end of March–middle of November)
