Draganigo Villa 3 has two bedrooms and may comfortably accommodate up to six people. The Villa includes a toilet and outside BBQ facilities!
Draganigo Luxury Stone is only 30 minutes from the charming hamlet of Kommos and its sandy, regulated beaches, making it ideal for family vacations! Agia Varvara also has cafes, tavernas, gift shops, mini markets, and an ATM.
There’s an evocative decor, a smart 50′ TV, and two beautiful bedrooms for a dream-filled vacation. Lounge in the living room, cuddling up on the sofas with a paperback. A unique open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary delights.
The living room also provides direct access to a terrace complete with outdoor eating and BBQ facilities.
The villa includes a lovely and luxurious bedroom decorated with stone and wood, as well as a modern-design bathroom with a shower cabin and hydromassage.
The unique villa can comfortably accommodate up to four people in real beds, with an additional three visitors welcome on two sofa beds.
Baby cots and high chairs are also available upon request.
Ground floor

Exterior
Moving outside, a spectacular 200 m2 outdoor area greets you and invites you to enjoy the summer air, hot sun, and the delights of summer beneath the clear blue sky! The swimming pool is 1.5 meters deep, 58 m2 in size, and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, allowing you to spend as many hours as you want outside!
Furthermore, the outdoor BBQ facilities, as well as the dining and seating areas, will entice you to test your culinary skills and dine al fresco!
Guest access
Guests get private access to the entire property! Full access both inside and outside the villa! The pool and adjacent areas are shared!
Other things to note
- A welcome basket is included, courtesy of the owner.
- Complimentary free Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the Villa.
- Quality bath and pool towels, linens, covers and blankets are provided.
- Housekeeping, towels and linen change every three days.
- Pool cleaning every day.
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
- Pets could be considered with prior notice.
- Free street parking.
- All in-house electronics are available, including a flat-screen TV in every room and living room, a large fridge with freezer, an electric stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, a French coffee maker, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron and iron board. Cooking utensils and a first-aid kit are also provided.
