Villa Melitini is located in Chania in the area of Vlites Souda. It is a three-level maisonette built in an area of 4.000 sq.m with ecological swimming pool with salt 78 m2, garden-lawn, garage, barbecue, wood-burning oven, garden with vegetables, herbs, vineyard (all biological) stone fencing and absolute privacy.
The distance from the sea (beach of Vlites) is only 200 meters.

Detailed description:
House: Can accommodate 14 people. It consists of a ground floor, a 1st and a 2nd level, which communicate internally with each other. It consists of 7 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens.

Ground floor:
Consists of :
-3 bedrooms
a) 1 mini suite with double bed, four-fold closet, living room and bathroom
b) 1 bedroom with double bed and closet
c) 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and an octagonal closet).

All bedrooms have air conditioning, TV (satellite), closets.
-2 bathrooms (the 1 bathroom is located in the bedroom of the ground floor with the living room). The bathrooms have showers. Hot water with solar (all 24 hours).
– kitchen and living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge that provides water and ice, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, wine preserver and all the necessary home appliances for 6 people. Dining room for 6 people.
Living room. The ground floor has 1 living room with fireplace, TV (satellite) and air conditioning and 1 living room with satellite TV and air conditioning located in the room described above of the 1st floor of the ground floor.

1st level:
It consists of a living room of 25 sq.m, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, closet, bedroom and bathroom, more specifically:
-Living room. The living room consists of a large sofa, granite floor, 50 ‘plasma TV, air conditioning.
-Dinning room. The dining room is set between the lounge and the kitchen and is for 14 people. Features air conditioning
-Kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cupboards, refrigerator with water and ice, kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher (all built in), filter coffee maker and espresso maker, wine preserver and full household equipment for 14 persons .
-Bedroom. The bedroom consists of a double bed, a bedside table, a quadruple closet, a plasma TV and air conditioning.
-Bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and hot water from the sun (24 hours a day)

2nd level:
-3 bedrooms:
a) 1 bedroom with double bed and closet
b) 1 bedroom with double bed and closet
c) 1 bedroom with double bed and closet). All bedrooms have their own bathroom, air conditioning, plasma TV.
-3 bathrooms: the bathrooms have showers and hot water with solar (24-hour). The 1 bathroom has a shower and a hydromassage bath.

Exterior:
Swimming pool: The pool has an area of 78 m², ecological with salt. Sun loungers for 14 people are available.
Barbecue: special area with barbecue grill and wood oven.
Dining room for 14 people
Garden: 4,000 m² garden with lawn, palm trees, cypress trees, rock gardens, flower arrangements.
