Draganigo Villa 4 is a two-level villa with three bedrooms that may comfortably accommodate up to six people. The Villa has two bathrooms as well as outside barbecue facilities!
The space
Draganigo Luxury Stone Homes is a complex of seven villas in the village of Ano Moulia, elegantly equipped in the Cretan countryside, with spectacular views of the surrounding area and nearby hills.
Draganigo Luxury Stone is only 30 minutes from the charming hamlet of Kommos and its sandy, regulated beaches, making it ideal for family vacations! Agia Varvara also has cafes, tavernas, gift shops, mini markets, and an ATM.
Layout
Draganigo Villa 4 is a 130sqm villa with two levels and three bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people. The Villa is elegantly equipped with classic-style furniture, carefully chosen to make your self-catering trip as easy and comfortable as possible!
Ground Floor
As you enter the Villa, you will find three bedrooms in Draganigo Villa 4, each with a double bed.
This floor also includes a family bathroom with a shower cabin.
First Floor
A few steps above is a delightful open-plan apartment that includes a living room with two comfy sofas. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the living room, allowing the entire family to spend time together whether resting or making meals!
Both the living room and kitchen spaces have direct access to the shaded furniture veranda, which overlooks the pool terrace and offers magnificent sunset views and BBQ facilities.
There is also a WC on this floor.
All of the bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.
Exterior
Moving outside, a spectacular 200 m2 outdoor area greets you and invites you to enjoy the summer air, hot sun, and the delights of summer beneath the clear blue sky! The swimming pool is 1.5 meters deep, 58 m2 in size, and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, allowing you to spend as many hours as you want outside!
Guest access
Guests get private access to the entire property! Full access both inside and outside the villa! The pool and adjacent areas are shared!
Other things to note
- A welcome basket is included, courtesy of the owner.
- Complimentary free Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the Villa.
- Quality bath and pool towels, linens, covers and blankets are provided.
- Housekeeping, towels and linen change every three days.
- Pool cleaning every day.
- A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
- Pets could be considered with prior notice.
- Free street parking.
- All in-house electronics are available, including a flat-screen TV in every room and living room, a large fridge with freezer, an electric stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, a French coffee maker, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron and iron board. Cooking utensils and a first-aid kit are also provided.
