According to provisions enacted through the new European General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016, we need to acquire your consent in order to enable us incorporating your name, surname, e-mail and address in our Communication List.
- Source of collection:
Our Company collects your personal data ONLY either by you personally or by any internet platform promoting short-term property leasing (article 111 para. 4 (a) Greek Law 4446/2016) in total compliance with the terms and provisions and policies in relation to personal data encapsulated by them.
- Personal Data that we collect and process:
Name and Surname, passport – I.D. no, e-mail, address.
- Data transmitting – transferring:
We will NOT transmit, transfer, sign over, sell or otherwise provide by any means with or without consideration all the afore-mentioned data information to any third party without the previous acquisition of your strict consent. Exception to this general rule will only apply to our I.T. and D.P.O. partners who are responsible for the editing of our website and the managing of the physical file of the Company.
- Time Limit:
The Company will collect, store and indeed editing in general the afore-mentioned personal data for the time period of ten (10) years with equal extension right.
- Your Rights:
You hold the right to recall at any time the present consent in total and/or partially.
Recalling your consent does not affect the legality neither of collection nor of the editing and process of consent prior to the recall.
Additionally, you hold the full set of right as those specified within the context of the G.D.P.Regulation provisions. Specifically:
- The right to access your personal data, as described above, that have been collected, stored, possessed, edited and/or processed by the Company;
- The right to renew your personal data;
- The right to erase our personal data from the files – regardless physical or otherwise – of the Company;
- The right to limit the use of your personal data – in accordance with article 18 of the Regulation;
- The right to receive personal data that you have entrusted to our Company.

The Company shall undertake every possible measure to satisfy your request within thirty (30) days from the receiving of the relevant request, answering in writing regarding the successful conclusion of the request or otherwise explaining the reasons why the request cannot be satisfied. Last but not least, you may address any issue to the Greek Data protection Authority (Kifisias av. 1 – 3, p.c. 115-23, www.dpa.gr).
