A unique, hands-on training program on “Flavor Extraction” will be conducted by INSETE in Heraklion, Crete, on March 6 & 7, by Chef and Food Technologist Dimitris Kontaratos.
Through the programs, 16 professionals will have the opportunity to experience Greek flavors in their modern version, through technical analyzes of how through modern means we can produce liquid preparations such as broths, sauces, aromatic liquids, butter, etc.
At the end of the weekend, participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance as well as a booklet with all the recipes they will prepare along with the Chef.
Participation fee :
€ 180 for SETE Businesses and Professionals that cover their own costs
€ 260 for Non-Members of SETE
